QI-ict, stand with stopping power for Infosecurity 2014
Client’s objectives
QI-ict’s corporate branding is characterised by the prevalence of orange, a strong, recognisable colour that is not often used in the IT sector. Naturally we incorporated this element in our stand designs.
Incorporating the objectives into the design
We are always looking for surprising elements to create extra stopping power. Every visitor was offered a serving of ice cream. This outgoing and welcoming attitude turned out to be a great way of coming into contact with a lot of different prospects. Visitors were also offered a free raffle ticket. After watching a short, informative presentation, they could win a prize (2014’s prize was a smartphone). By being proactive the stand crew was able to engage in many professional discussions after each presentation.
Particulars
On the exterior wall we set up a collage of screens, which the presenters made good use of by developing catchy presentations. The result of this comprehensive ‘live communication’ approach was a sizable harvest of new, high-quality contacts. Active follow-up after the fair resulted in a number of new projects. QI-ict’s critical and creative approach to trade fairs proved fruitful. Having a large stand is by no means a guarantee for success. It is the energy and creativity that you put into a project that leads to successful participation.
