For three consecutive years, QI ict commissioned us to design a striking 40 m2/431ft2 stand for the Infosecurity/Storage Expo. They included a bright orange stand, a stand featuring 200 paper lamp shades and this open stand with a theatrically lit ceiling and panels of orange fabric.

The stand was divided into three sections and featured a five-meter/16-foot wall to serve as a back panel. On the left there was a ‘control room’ for giving presentations during the fair as well as handing out fresh servings of gelato. On the right there was a bar with chilled drinks and a barista to provide guests with a good cup of coffee. The bar elements on the outside of the stand made the most of the available space in the hallways. The short sides of the half walls were fitted with a small niche to display brochures.

With its large 108” LCD screen, the mid-section acted as a focal point. The three back panels were separated by reclining alcoves fitted with orange shelves that served as storage for brochures and other information.
